LIGHT FULL SUSPENSION MOUNTAIN BIKE - BEST BIKE ROLLERS - SCHWINN TOURIST BICYCLE
Light Full Suspension Mountain Bike
mountain bike technology has made great advances since first appearing in the early 1990s. Early full suspension frames were heavy and tended to bounce up and down while a rider pedaled.
A bike with both front and rear suspension.
Mountain bikes that have frames that allow both the front and rear wheels to move and absorb shock when they hit an object.

Day113: Cleaning the bikes
Day113: Cleaning the bikes
Its a bit noisey.. but thats because it was taken at ISO3200 + Pulled another 0.8 stops = ISO5760! Not bad for an almost dark room (the overhead light is blown).
That aside, I stripped my old full suspension Nirve mountain bike down today, and went through and cleaned it extensively. The cassette and chainring were absolutely NASTY. I had no idea that they were both a natural aluminum color, and not black! I took about two hours and cleaned every little bit, and then rinsed it all down in the shower. It came out looking fairly new except for the various battle scars.
I also think that this might be a contributing factor to why I am single :).
Lucy's new bike - Carrera Subway 24
My youngest daughter's new bike, a Carrera Subway 24. It seems very difficult to buy a decent bike for a 8 year old. All of the others I looked at were either pink with an iron frame and poor components, or a heavy pretend mountain bike with rubbishy suspension and even worse components.
This one's very light with 7005 alloy frame, Kenda road tyres (100 psi!), no suspension, full mudguards, sensible 7 speed gears and good V brakes. Unfortunately only available in Halfords (but made by Merida), I took it away boxed and built it up myself.
She's chuffed to bits with it. Especially when she overtook a couple of blokes on their mountain bikes on the cycle path this weekend.
