Fourth hand, screwdriver that's in the adjustable wrench's spot, headset wrench, screwdriver in the right spot, combo wrench, crank/pedal wrench.
8/10 and 9/11 brake wrenches, 10/13 brake wrench, two 13/14 cone wrenches, two 15/16 cone wrenches, 8mm allen, pliers.
Basic Bicycle Repair Tool Kit
These are the bits I carry with me everywhere I ride: patches, rubber cement, tire levers and a spare tube. A few spare chain links, and a master link. Spare allen bolts. 3, 4, 5, and 6mm allen wrenches. A 6 inch adjustable crescent wrench. A variety of zipties. Spoke wrench and chain tool. Leatherman with needle-nosed pliers and screwdrivers. Some chain lube, and if it's a longer ride into the nearby boondocks, spare cables.
