1996 Giant Boulder alu lite work in progress
spare parts bike based on crappy Giant Boulder Alu lite. Don't like the brand, nor the model but damn it's light! And almost free.
Current setup includes Rond Magura 2-stroke fork (still looking for V-brake brazes), Sugino Impel cranks, LX v-brakes, Mavic X221 bases wheels, 3T stem, ITM bar, 3x9 Deore, STX RD and Acera FD. Fizik Gobi Wingflex saddle on BBB 40cm seat post.
Not the final parts list. Need more upgrades like XT RD and SPD pd.
Still funny to see this 13 yo bike in 'modern' setup.
