Black Canopy
I would have loved to have been out on the open road for this amazing sunset. It had been dark for about 20 minutes except for this great scene in the west. Taken while driving on a less-than-smooth-road, and couldn't adjust the setting either!
Canopy's Gone/Bushfire Scars
Taken in Kinglake area 3 months after the Black Saturday bushfires. The canopy of these trees would have blocked out most a view of the sky prior to that event. The tree on the left has signs of regenerative growth on the trunk.
