That green wall behind the fireplace is no longer green, thankfully; but it looks like the room got hit by a tornado. The ceiling fan/light combo. was removed from the sunroom and won't be going back there any time soon. It dominated the room and may no longer be necessary after the new insulating window blinds arrive.

The old Four Seasons (r) Sunroom looks good, but it's got a lot of problems. Water has damaged the wood behind the walls. If you pull back the blinds in the summer, it will bake you. The new room will have a solid insulated roof, with good drainage.
