F22 Raptor Cockpit
F22 Raptor Cockpit close up. The pilot, all pimply and, ooohh I don't know, about 21 years old, just flew it in from Alaska. He was happy to be out of the cold. Future "Mission to Mars" man I think he might be.
HDR Info:
I took this as a 10 exposure HDR in 1 stop increments on a Canon 7d with the 70-200, f2.8 L Series II and a B+W Polarising filter to cut down on the canopy reflections and glare.
HDR processing in Photomatix plugin for Aperture. Further curves, levels, etc in Photoshop CS5.

Dakota Thunder is an Airshow/Fly-In that Ellsworth AFB holds on the base. General Aviation planes are welcome but require prior background checks done weeks in advance.
Coming from a GA pilot standpoint. Landing on a 12,000' by 250' runway in a small cessna is something to see.
