I intended to take a photo while working out with my personal trainer, Chad, today. Instead I found myself fighting for survival while doing 60 burpies, 150 mountain climbers, and pushing the damned sled around. I had a come to Jesus moment on the treadmill.
So this is me in the car afterward, putting up the sun shade after I arrived home. Who knows where I'm staring off to here. Probably just processing my near-death experience while a Modest Mouse song finished playing on the radio.
