Salvaged cheap furniture
The top piece is a particle-board apron from a set of shelves. I chose to keep every bit of wood I scrounged unless it was plainly and irrecoverably unusable. This won't end up in any showpieces, though :P.
dresser wood
Making a 5-drawer dresser. Most is (cheap) pine with some birch plywood. Cost for quartersawn oak is prohibitive.
