On his death...chair
From the "The Cherry Orchard" shoot.
My new school's senior play is "The Cherry Orchard", by Anton Chekhov, which documents the trials of a once wealthy Russian family coping with the trials of bankruptcy, on the verge of the Russian revolution.
The character here is Firs [an 87 year old manservant, played by Sam Eady]
This scene is the final scene in the play, where Firs is dying in a chair, forgotten by the Ranyevski's. Quite sad.
But on another note... Seady's makeup! Quite astonishing I would say. We had a professional stage makeup artist come in just for Seady and Nick's makeup, which took hours to put on and hours to get off. So worth it though! It was so realistic =D
Oh yes and apologies for the quality - the lighting was awful on stage, I don't have any prime lenses and this was shot at ISO 400. Oh yes and I've lost my photo editing software. So this is straight out of the camera >_<

Seriously, this is my best studio shot that i ever had uptodate! Im just too happy when i click the 1st shot! but this is not the from the 1st shot! haha! This is actually for my school assignments, colour photography. I cant wait to do more in future! :D
