Smoked salmon, caper, red onion mini pizza with dill sour cream
This is a pretty simple throw-together pizza
I used mini-pizza bases as well that's we all had in the freezer!
Sliced some smoked salmon
Sliced some red onions
Spread olive oil on the base, grated some gruyere over that, scattered over the salmon, onion & capers. Grated over some gruyere. Baked in a 230 degree oven until golden brown and then put some sour cream mixed with chopped dill on top.
Mini Othello´s
A layer cake of danish origin, named after Verdi?s Opera in a mini version.
Entirely made from leftovers; Champaign mousse, marzipan from the freezer, leftover chocolateganache, chopped almonds etc.
