It's All Greek To Me
A few months ago, you would have never convinced me that this would was a picture of the inside of our refrigerator. But it's healthier eating these days with fresh fruit and those all important omega-3 fatty acids via fish oil! (it was recommended to us to keep it in the fridge).
One of the nice discoveries in this dietary change for the better was Greek yogurt. Compared with regular yogurts (Dannon, Yoplait, etc) the nutritional value of Greek yogurt is quite amazing - high in protein and low in carbs, fat (if you get non-fat) and calories. Granted the plain stuff is very tangy... but nothing a little squirt of honey and some fresh fruit won't fix!
Our local Sprouts market was having a good sale on the Voskos brand so it was time to seriously stock up!
A Perfectly Adequate Fridge
My American friend Andrea, who is used to the gargantuan American fridges we see in the movies, has compared my fridge to a hotel minibar. I intend to show that it is perfectly good for a family of three. Now show us yours, Andrea.
