Ingredients:
- Cooked Rice (must be left cool for one night (probably put them in refrigerator), otherwise they will be too soft)
- Beatened Eggs
- Cha siu (Chinese bbq pork), prawns, peas and shallots/spring onions) [However other substitutes will work fine as well, fried rice is quite flexible]

-Seasoning, salt (cha siu is abit salty already, so just little will do)

Procedure:
- Heat pan (better not to use Teflon ones) on high, add oil (olive oil might wont work, I used canola)
- When oil is hot, cook eggs quicky and take it out, cut them into shreds.
- Add prawns, Cha siu, cook them till done, then peas and shallots/spring onions (Order depends on: things needs time to be cooked (seafood) or not vulerable to heat, cook them first and vice versa. Greens generally cannot be cooked too long)
- Stir 'viciously'
- Add rice and tir 'viciously'
- and add the cooked eggs last, then stir abit
- Done!
