I was pretty content with this outfit, but then I stepped outfit and holy shit, it was retardedly cold! I switched to a knit cap with flaps that cover my ears, and I might dig out a long-sleeve shirt to layer under the t-shirt.

Also, speaking of the t-shirt (and the skirt), they're from that Max Azria/Miley Cyrus stuff at Walmart. I really cannot stand Miley Cyrus (Disney really should just stick to cartoons), and I don't care much for Max Azria, but I do like some of this stuff.

I took out the fullness of the sleeves & made them shorter
Didn't put the elastic in under the bust
made the ties longer & wider
made the neckline more rounded & less v-necky
