Well this is how the lamp looks like, the tunnels are exactly the same on the other side, and the back end is also the same.
You can see that the light on each tunnel is different which i think makes it quite interesting, i like how the right side is very simple while the middle is a bit chaotic with all that light inside gives some balance i think.... if you can call that balance.
Oh I'm saying all that to give some sense to the lamp but in real life i never thought of balance while making it haha, oh and one last thing, this isn't really a lamp cause it won't work as one haha, there's not enough light for that and it would be annoying to read with that orange light, however I'm working on one that would work as a lamp with a normal light bulb the only difference between that one and this is that the bottom would be open but the sides would be similar and well it would be on the ceiling so you would look up at a series of tunnels connected to the lightbulb at the center.
new lamp
my new lamp from Urban Outfitters (yeah) finally arrived today. order it back in January, so that's good news for a consumer. it's dirty, but UO has really cool apartment stuff a lot of times. and i, consumer, really like apartment stuff. i might move the lamp later, but for now i like looking at it from my desk.
