Ready Lift 66-5055 05-10 Toyota Tacoma 2WD & 4WD, 6-Lug 2.25" Front Leveling Suspension - Strut Extension

ReadyLift® leveling kits are the fastest, safest, least expensive way to bring the front of your vehicle level with the rear. The 66-5055 strut extension provides 2.25" of lift which gives clearance to add up to 32" wheels and tires to the 2005-2010 Toyota Tacoma 2wd & 4wd and PreRunner. 33' tires can be used with some minor trimming of the inner fender panel. 33" Tires will only work using an OEM wheel or OEM wheel-equivilant backspaced wheel. Some minor trimming may be required. Installation is simple and requires no strut preloading, cutting, or modification of factory installed parts. While other kits cost thousands to buy and hours to install, ReadyLift® can be installed one to two hours and costs less than the price of a single custom wheel. Through on-going research we have discovered that Toyota trucks have a unique pattern of being manufactured and sold with varying degrees of rear to front rake. Our research has determined there can be as much as 1.0" difference in rake and ride height from truck to truck. TRD-equipped trucks often have only 1.0" of rake compared to a non-TRD truck. If you measure the truck at stock height, then install a strut extension and determine after installation and alignment that the truck sits nose high, you most likely are an owner of one of the trucks that has less rear to front rake. To compensate for the difference, ReadyLift suggests installing one of our 1.0" (66-5001) Rear Block Kits.

I installed my winter wheels this weekend... I had the wheels leftover from my old mkV GTI with pretty new Blizzak tires so didn't want them to go to waste, with the help of some wheel spacers I was able to get them to fit great on the Audi. Wheels are 17x7 Ronal Classix (from a mkV VW GTI, the best looking wheel they offered for the GTI), and they have 225/45/17 Blizzak LM-20's on them. They have 20mm spacers in the rear and 17.5mm up front.
