PullRite 4400 18K SuperGlide 5th Wheel Hitch
SuperGlide short bed truck 5th wheel hitches are 18K SuperGlide. SuperGlide is the only true solution to safe 5th wheel towing with short bed trucks protecting passengers, trucks and trailers. SuperGlide automatically moves the trailer away from the cab while making turns and allowing up to 90 degrees; turning without stopping, slowing down or even thinking about the space between the truck and trailer. This automatically returns the hitches and trailers to the safe towing position over the truck axle when the turn is completed, also going forward or backing up. All SuperGlide hitches feature fully articulating dual pivot head, and Super 5th unique rotary latch that locks automatically when hooking up to the trailer. The gear driven latch design minimizes bump while towing by allowing only .030 inch clearance between king pin and latch. The 18K and 14K SuperGlide moves up to 14 inch while making a turn - 50 per cent farther than manually adjusted slider designs and works automatically, while you drive and make short turns. Available with a choice of mounting styles that are fixed base rails with universal mounting brackets for lower cost or totally removable SuperRails with stronger, more stable custom designed mounting brackets for specific vehicles.

Atlantis water slide where the shark jumped over the barrier and onto the water slide about 20 minutes earlier
On Tuesday, December 16th, 2008, my family and I were enjoying a morning stroll around the grounds of Atlantis, when we saw a commotion going on over by the water slide. About 4 or 5 minutes earlier, a 7 or 8-foot reef shark had somehow jumped over a 1-foot barrier and fell onto the water slide, then slid down into the recovery pool at the bottom of the slide. It happened about 15 minutes before the slide opened, so the shark found no tourist swimmers for breakfast.
About 7 or 8 resort employees grabbed a large tarp and jumped into the thigh-deep water with the tarp, trying to get the shark onto the tarp. The shark had other ideas, so when the shark would take off aggressively, everyone would jump back and some out of the water. After about 5 minutes, they got her (14-year-old female shark) onto the tarp, then rushed her up the steps and back into the salt-water tank.
We thought all was fine at that time, but by the time we got back to the USA about 5 days later, we heard on the news that the shark had died from the exposure to the chlorinated water in the swimming pool at the end of the slide.
Now just imagine if you had been sliding down the slide when the huge shark jumped over and landed on the slide just in front of you! Wow...not THAT would be true thrill ride!
St. Louis, MO City Museum Former Shoe Slides
The City Museum is this amazing place in an old shoe factory in downtown St. Louis. It's full of climbing, exploration, and fun for everyone [even parents]. They even have a seven story slide down the former shoe slide [a worker would dump the load of newly made shoes down the slide from each floor to go to the boxing department]. People off all ages can have fun here.
