Sliders
The Big City Slider Station actually works as advertised! The sliders are delicious! Mmmmmmm! OMG so yummy!
They're easy to make. They give you a plastic scoop to measure the amount of ground beef or ground turkey or whatever else is your preference.
You place them in each of the spaces and cook until you think they are done. I simply cook them until the sizzling sounded kind of out of hand and then removed them, they're medium done. Next time I'll cook them in onions and sprinkle on some spices, but even plain they are delicious.
Tip: 0.8 lbs of beef is perfect for 10 measured portions of beef with the included spoon. 5 measured portions are required for each use of the pan.
