My name is Therese Davis and I live in Warrenville, a western suburb of Chicago Illinois. This is the second year in cleaning up a pond near our house for Earth Day. People fish there during the warmer months and I sometimes find rusted hooks, fishing line, broken glass, plastic bottles and cans. Wildlife can easily become injured, even fatally so, when encountering our careless discards.
