Microwave Convection Oven Combos
- Convection ovens or fan ovens or turbo ovens augment a traditional oven by circulating heated air using a fan. The fan motor is in a separate enclosure, to protect it from overheating and melting any plastic components including wire insulation.

Combos Zesty Salsa Tortilla, 18-Count Single-Serve (Pack of 2)
These snacks had the same basic shape and concept as previous Combos formulations, with a tube-shape outside filled with a soft inner filling. In this case, the tube was made from corn, with a tortilla chip-like texture (rather than the cracker or pretzel base of other Combos), and the inside was filled with some sort of salsa-flavored concoction. There was an uneven application of salt on the outside of each piece. The texture and taste were good, as the tube was thick but had a nice soft crunch to it, and the filling seemed like salsa-flavored cheese but had some decent kick to it. Pretty good.

Wind Chime Farm
Kitchen! When they get the gas ready, they'll finally be able to hook up that cool gas range stove. For now, the combo microwave/convection oven has been more than sufficient. There will eventually be a deck outside of that door on the right.
Cooktop and Microwave
Here is a great shot of the microwave and the cooktop together. Looks pretty good...It's also a convection oven/microwave combo thingy...I hope they train us how to use it so we don't make giant sparks fly out of it....
