“Do these jeans make me look fat?”
People.... guess what? The gym... is paying... off! Woohoo!!! It’s been almost a month (I think?) since I started working out on a regular schedule, and I can finally feel a slight change, some results, a difference. :-)
Tonight’s difference is that I’m wiiiiickedly sore and I ache in the weirdest places! :-( I added some new weight training last night into my routine and well.... ouch, my body’s feeling it today.
BUT!...
I can now complete my 20-minute treadmill activity w/out being totally winded.
I have added heavier weights to my butt/reverse kick thing (technical term there!)
And...
I can hold a plank position for almost a full minute! Woo...hooo!
If I keep this up, I’ll look fab in my wedding dress (it’s quite tight in the middle area lol) on my wedding day! :-) and for that.... I’m now going to stuff a couple Newman O’s in my well-deserving body. ;-)
