The Dual Intelligent Speedlight is a digital lighting system for standard and macro flash photography and is compatible with most digital Canon SLR camera models. It is dedicated to e-TTL I/II flash systems and includes a standard flash and micro ring flash. Among its many professional features, it offers fast recycling circuitry, rear curtain synchronization, and an autofocus assistance beam as well as a zoom flash head that tilts and swivels for bounce flash at any angle. The macro ring flash unit attaches to 58mm and 67mm lens threads with additional adapter rings included. The ring flash can be detached from the main flash when not in use.

This image was made with a reverse mounted lens and taken hand held at the camera with the lens resting on the location of the snow, possibly my truck. This is a variation of a type of set-up I used for snowflake imaging last winter. The lens is a Samyang 18-28mm f4-4.5 (Nikon AI mount) and 72mm filter ring. Attached to the filter ring are two step-down rings: 72mm to 58mm and 58mm to 52mm. Attached to the 52mm ring is a Nikon BR-2 ring, a Vivitar Pre-AI AT-3 36mm extension tube and a Fotodiox Nikon mount to Pentax K mount adapter ring with the removable corrector lens removed, and mounted to my Pentax K20D camera body, imaged with available light (no flash). The total extension is about 65mm. The lens was set to 18mm, f5.6. I believe this macro to be in excess of 4:1. This patch of snow was imaged in rural upstate Columbia County, New York, USA. This is a large JPEG and is SOOC without any adjustment or cropping.

all this stuff fits in here when it needs to, i will be doing a version with my new kata 3n1-20 soon. this crumpler bag is awsome. you can stuff soo much stuff in it. it is pretty huge though... when i wear it i feel like a turtle... and its a little slow to access anything... you really have to drop it to the ground to get your camera out.
