Alley's hall bathroom
This room will be painted Palmetto green with a Cancun Sand (Behr) ceiling (all the ceilings will be Cancun Sand, actually). The cheapo vanity is being replaced with one like I put in my old house's remodeled bathroom (Shaker style, vanilla color), with a beige composite stone top and a subtle green-beige-cream glass tile back- and sidesplash. Alley's vanity set has green and cream leaves, and there'll be an ivory shower curtain. The house description listed the shower surrounds as marble, but our contractor says it's a composite stone made to look like marble. It's got some holes in it from old towel bars or something; our contractor told us how to fill them. The window is small, frosted, and high enough that it doesn't matter anyway, and it opens for ventilation--perfect. The shower curtain rod will be brushed nickel to go with the new sink faucet, shower/tub fixtures, and towel bar & ring.
