The limits are:
* Gmail: 10 MB to any account. 25 MB between Gmail accounts. Each domain has a total limit of 10 GB.

* Yahoo: 20 MB to any account.
There are servers that warn when trying to upload a file exceeding the limit but others just seem to go up but it never ends.
