Mini PCs ( netbooks as they are called in English) has become hugely popular.Statistics show that one in four computer sold today is a mini computer. Most manufacturers have at least one model in their range, and there will always more. But what should you buy? it and we'll answer in this articles.
A mini-computer is a small and neat notebook PC designed to act as a supplement to your regular computer. They are cheap to buy but they are not very good performance. The purpose of the mini-computer is that you can take it with you anywhere, and use the area are mainly Internet applications - hence the namenetbook.
Most mini-PCs run today with Windows XP operating system. Of course you can install whatever software you want, but it will not go particularly fast to run the latest version of Adobe Photoshop for example.
An ordinary minicomputer will normally have a Intel Celeron processor at 1.6 GHz, 1 GB of internal memory and either a 160GB hard drive or an SSD of 32 GB. These limits are designed to be classified as mini-computers and to help manufacturers to install more affordable versions of Windows on them. It is so, as well as Microsoft decides maxprestandan.
Purely performance-wise is different mini-computers not much. What you should look at instead is the design, the keyboard and touchpad will work for you as a user and how you think the screen is experienced. Then there are other details that could be essential. Some mini-computers have built-in 3G modem, which is handy if you have a subscription for the mobile Internet. Then mount your SIM card in your computer and you avoid the relatively bulky dongle.
To compile this list, I've taken a look at the various price comparison and testing sites, where you can see how popular the different computers. I have since added links to various reviews of the computers.

Samsung Netbook NC10 is the most popular computer on the market today, and it has been followed up by NC20. The former model NC10 is still current and works great. I have test driven the machine itself and was impressed by the almost full-sized keyboard, the screen of 10.2 inches and the pad. Samsung, unlike several competitors got a place with the mouse buttons below the plate instead of next, which is positive.Personally I do not like when the mouse buttons are located on opposite sides of the trackpad - it is cumbersome to work with.
I really liked the Samsung NC10. It is a good buy, if you are looking for an inexpensive mini-computer of this size. The computer feels solid built, and it has several advantages, with the excellent keyboard and touchpad, and not least the long battery life.

The series Aspire One from Acer has a wide range of models, among which A150-B is most popular. It has a screen of 8.9 inches which is really, really good. The screen is the LED model and a high gloss, which delivers razor-sharp picture comparatively. The keyboard is very nice to write on, but the trackpad is the problem I mentioned above, the mouse buttons sit on either side. It is well to add that this is a matter of taste.
To sum it all I can say I am more than happy with my purchase, the computer arrives easily into a school bag or the inner pocket of his coat. Visually, it is really delicious and actually feels quite sturdy - unlike the Eee PC, which I think feels pretty plasticky.

Mini computer from MSI has received good praise ever since it arrived. Nowadays it can be hard to come by, but as I wrote above, it is all mini computers in this segment so similar to an "older" model is not inferior to a newer - the specifications are generally the same. MSI Wind is a well-built 10-incher, which gives a good impression. It is simply a good buy.
MSI Wind U100 is recommended to those looking for a useful and handy netbook with a striking design. With the sexcelliga battery instead of the standard battery trecelliga Wind U110 is well worth the money.

When I would buy a small laptop, I decided long and hard before I settled on the Asus Eee PC 901, but I chose Go-model, which has built-in 3G modem. Eee PC 901 is very small, with a screen of 8.9 inches and the tiny keyboard. It takes some practice to write on it but this is offset by the petite size. Bringing the computer is never a problem. Instead of a hard drive is a SSD of 20 GB on your computer. This means that it is dead silent. Battery life is up to 8 hours.
Asus Eee PC 901 is recommended as second or perhaps third, computer for anyone looking for a highly portable device with long battery life for basic tasks like surfing the web and send e-mail.

HP's Mini 730eo is the so-called consumer model, for example, the HP Mini 2140thThe computer is cheaper and you have stripped away certain things, such as a VGA port. The battery is the 3 cells, which is too little if you want to use the computer for extended periods on battery power. The keyboard is excellent but the mouse buttons sit on either side of the trackpad.
Compaq 730EO is a stripped down netbook a lack of technical excellence. But because the price tag matches the content we like it anyway. The computer is the cheapest of all the netbooks with tiotumskarm.
