'Many people are unprepared for retirement. A staggering 47% of British women of working age do not have a pension plan, acording to the survey by Baring Asset Managemen, and 22% of all adults aged between 55 and 64 are in the same position. If they think they will have a confortable retirement on state benefits, they are into a nasty surprise.'
