HE ALWAYS PLAYS TO HIS MAX - DARIO SARIC, CROATIA
Leading scorer of the competition Croatian NT forward Dario Saric continued to amaze with yet another masterful performance and led Croatian U16 NT to an almost unbelievable 70-49 victory over Greece, which secures quarterfinal spot for Croatia.
Saric simply shined registering as much as 31 points, 15 rebounds and 6 steals while outscoring complete Greek NT starting line-up by 31:25! However the game was not decided until the 4th quarter when Saric joined forces with versatile SG Karlo Lebo (15pts, 3 ast) and the dynamic duet finished the things up for Croatia.
European basketball phenom is now the leading scorer of the tournament with an average of 24.0 points per game. All eyes are on him before tomorrow showdown with the struggling 1-3 Lithuanian side.
