Dear friends!
12th European majorettes’ championship for sure would be the best organized till now. I hope that it will be at least good as preparations are for now. Tribunes for more than 1.000 spectators, video walls, special arena floor etc... I really hope that it would be new quality level for every future organizers of the EMC.

Here are details concerning European championship 2010:
1. EMC 2010 will take place in Široki Brijeg, Bosnia and Herzegovina, from 16th till 19th September 2010. This year, for first time, we will organize official trainings on Thursday. By this way on Friday, Saturday and Sunday we will have just competition. That means teams which want to have official training must come on Thursday 16th September 2010, and if they come on Friday they freely decide not to have official trainings. Details will be sent in bulletin no. 1 after registration.
2. Inspection meeting was very successful. Producer managed to arrange lodging for 2.500 participants. Producer contact:

3. You have to send National association official list and Registration form till 8th July 2010 to our administration office on fax. 00385-1-34-999-21 or e-mail: EMA_European_majorettes@yahoo.com and to the producer on e-mail: mazoretkinjesiroki@gmail.com or fax: 00387-39-704-855. Any federation/team, which does not send application form before 8th July 2010 can not participate in European championship.
4. Teams must pay fee of 50 EUR per team for participation in European Championship (every team in each category, so if one team participates in 3 categories, they must pay 150 EUR), 30 EUR per duo and 15 EUR per solo. Fee must be paid during accreditation on 17th September 2010. Please send this note to your teams, which will participate in Europeans.
5. This year teams doesn’t have obligation to take lodging, breakfast, lunch and dinner from the list which is sent in attachment. Teams can organize meals and lodging by themselves. But in the same time they can, if they want, take lodging and food from producer. Even more, to make coming to EMC cheaper, producer find food for just 10 EUR (all 3 meals) and lodging for just 5 EUR.
6. If you decide to take lodging and/or food by producer deadline for first 50% of payment, will be 2nd August, and deadline for second 50% of payment will be 1st September 2010. For payment you will get invoice by producer.
7. Please send us name of the judge that you delegate in European championship as the judge from your country.
8. National associations which will not pay membership fee of 170 EUR before championship (till 5th September 2010 on EMA’s account or in cash on 17th September 2010 at accreditation) can not participate in European championship.
Please note that:
- minimum number of majorettes in formation is 8 (not 12 any more)
- majorettes can participate in solo and duo competition in batons and pom-poms
- please READ NEW RULEBOOK which is valuate from this year EMC
Please send us information till deadline. After the deadline information can not be processed. Be aware of the consequences!
Please note that EMA office is on holidays from 12th July till 6th August.
In that time no one will be in the office.
