WE DO IT EVERY DAY

If you've ever worked for corporation, you might have heard the managerial blowhards go on about the trhings „Management Deals With Every Day.“
Of course, employees routinely see these types avoid responsibility on their jobs.
Sometimes when these managers become particularly onnoxious, I remember something I read decades ago about the Catholic Church.
A popular national news magazine described the decline of church membership and opined that if the Catholic Church wanted to mantain its appeal in moder society, it would have to rethink its approach of relating to its congregation as the flock or as children when their contemporary congregation consisted of men and women at least as welleducated as the clergy. Moreover , the congregation's life experience might easily be more far ranging than the pastor's.
In today's world corporate management seems to be in a similar place. Listening to men and women no better educated, possibly less informed , and perhaps even living in smaller world than the rank and file, address employees is becoming more annoying, and at other time more laughable. But while they go on about what they deal with every day.
For examle, if you've worked in electrical power production field, you'll observe that engineers, operators, variously skilled technicians and other support personnel run the power plant routinerly. The power plants themself are all connected to a grid, which is controlled by other operarators who distribute electric power throunghout the service region. The are no capitalist round.
If you've worked in the chemical processing industry, you've observed that similar work activities are all performed by working class personel. You've also observed that reserch and development are working class funtions.
The planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of power plant and chemical production facilities are all product of working class labor. Again, the are no capšitalist areoun. These observation can be made throughout moder industry, including medicine and education.
Workers cannot deped on capitalists or their system to do anything in the future but that they have always done: accumulate wealth created by working class labor. If workers are going tostop the erosion of their economic lives, they will have to take the ownership and managment of the means of wealth production into their own hands and operate them in their own interests. It reminds me of the old Fats Domino song, All By Ourself: „We're going to have to do it all by ourselves, we don't need no one to do it, we can do it all by ourselves.“ And way not, we do it every day anyway.
