A new life in the Big City. What a change!
It is very tough and challenging, and right now I need to work mosty on speed and organization. It is a learning process and it will take some time. I have great people I work with and Dominique Ansel - an amazing and extremely knowledgeable chef. I am doing service at the Petit Four station, so if the path takes you to the Big Apple, at least come by to have some desserts! ;)
