Due to illness, the following Miley Cyrus concerts have been rescheduled:
Friday October 2nd at the Qwest Center. Omaha, NE has been rescheduled to Tuesday, October 13th
Saturday October 3rd at the Sprint Center, Kansas City, MO has been rescheduled to Saturday, October 17th
Sunday October 4th at Scottrade Center, St. Louis, MO has been rescheduled to Wednesday, October 28th
All paperless tickets will be honored on the rescheduled dates and all other show information remains the same.

ALL ABOUT HANNAH MONTANA
Miley Cyrus was twelve years old when she originally auditioned for Disney
for the lead role of Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana, as well as the show's
"best friend" roles, but Disney Channel executives judged her to be too
small. Cyrus was persistent in her desire to be part of Hannah Montana,
however, so Disney called her back for further auditions. According to
Disney Channel Executive Vice President Gary Marsh, Cyrus was chosen for
the show because of her energetic and lively performance and was seen as
a person who "loves every minute of life", with the "everyday relatability of
Hilary Duff and the stage presence of Shania Twain".
She spent several years trying to get rid of her Southern accent, but in the
end Disney wanted her to revive it. Later in an unusual twist, Miley Cyrus had
to audition her own father, Billy Ray Cyrus, to see if he would fit the role as
Hannah's dad. Cyrus currently stars in Hannah Montana as the lead
character Miley Stewart, whose alter ego is the pop music sensation Hannah
Montana. Cyrus also performs in character as Hannah Montana for albums
and concerts. Miley Cyrus also appeared in the Disney Channel Hannah
Montana promotion, "Hannah Montana's Backstage Secrets", in which she
portrays Hannah Montana in a fictional interview set in the show's canon.
Cyrus had a brief cameo in the 2007 television movie High School Musical 2
credited as "Girl at Pool", where she danced before the end credits in front
of the pool wearing a yellow baby doll top and denim Bermuda shorts. Cyrus
also guest-starred as Yatta on Disney Channel's The Emperor's New School.
While attending the Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix premiere,
Miley Cyrus stated that they are working on ideas for a Hannah Montana
movie. The feature-length film is to be produced by Cyrus's both on and
off-screen dad, Billy Ray Cyrus. Hannah Montana: The Movie is scheduled
for a May 1, 2009 release.
Miley Cyrus was invited to present the song "That's How You Know" from the
film Enchanted at the 80th Academy Awards. She also hosted the 2008
CMT Music Awards with her father in April. On April 9, 2008, Miley Cyrus
appeared on the American Idol fundraiser show Idol Gives Back, and she
told the audience that it has always been one of her dreams to appear on
American Idol.
Hannah Montana Concert Tour
Hannah Montana is a Walt Disney World television series about a young
average girl (Miley Stewart played by Miley Cyrus) living a double life as an
ordinary school girl during the day and a famous singer as Hannah Montana
in the evening. Only her very close friends and her family know about her true
identity.
This television show centers around a 16-year-old Miley Stewart and the
setting is in Malibu, California. Miley Stewart is a teenage girl who lives a big
secret. Only her family, best friends Lilly and Oliver, ex-boyfriend Jake Ryan,
and bodyguard Roxy know that she is living this double life as Hannah
Montana. She lives in a house near the beach along with her father Robby
Ray (played by Miley’s real life father Billy Ray Cyrus) and older brother
Jackson (played by Jason Earles), who works down at Rico’s Surf Shop. The
Stewarts are originally from Nashville, Tennessee.
Miley Cyrus
Born November 23, 1992, in Nashville, Miley Cyrus grew up
watching her father, country music superstar/actor Billy Ray Cyrus perform.
Soon enough, Miley caught the acting bug herself. After gaining experience
as an extra in her dad's television projects, Miley acted opposite him in a
recurring role in his television series, "Doc". Miley Cyrus then went on to appear
in the Tim Burton film, "Big Fish."
When a 12-year-old Miley Ray Cyrus first auditioned for the title role of the Disney Channel's
"Hannah Montana," she was considered too young for the part, but that didn't stop
her from pressing ahead.
Two years later Miley won the part she had worked so hard for, and her ascent to
superstardom began. "Hannah Montana's" first season raked in some of the
highest ratings ever for a Disney Channel original series.
In November 2006, the first "Hannah Montana" soundtrack came out on Walt Disney
Records, featuring eight songs performed by Miley as Hannah Montana. The album
shot to the top of the charts and became the first TV soundtrack to debut at #1 on the
Billboard Top 200. The set finished the year as the #8 best-selling album, and is now
certified triple-platinum.
Then came her 2007 two-disc set, "Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus," featuring
ten original songs as Hannah, and ten songs as herself. Miley co-wrote eight of the
ten tracks on that triple platinum debut CD, setting the stage for her record-shattering
box office take on her 2007 "Best of Both Worlds" tour. She also had the #1 film in
the country with the Walt Disney Pictures 3D release, "Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus:
Best of Both Worlds Concert."
Currently, Miley is still riding high with "Hannah Montana," and she is wrapping up
work on "Hannah Montana: The Movie," filmed in her hometown of Nashville.
The film is scheduled for release on May 1, 2009. The third season of the hit
television series "Hannah Montana" will resume production in Los Angeles in
August 2008. Miley will also star in Walt Disney Pictures' upcoming animated
feature "Bolt," due out November 2008. In the spring of 2009, Miley Cyrus will release
a book sharing her inspiring story, spanning from her Southern roots in Tennessee
to the excitement of her record-setting triumphs in TV, music and film.

After several postponements of shows on her "Wonder World Tour", Miley Cyrus is set to return to the stage on Tuesday, October 6 after her bout of illness - and has promised fans an extra special show to celebrate.
The "Hannah Montana" star was forced to axe three gigs on her U.S. tour last week after she was taken ill with the strep throat.
But after resting up over the weekend , the teen sensation has been given the all-clear to perform again - and wants to make up for lost time when she takes the stage in Auburn Hills, Michigan on Tuesday night.
She writes on her Twitter.com blog, "Got the go ahead from the Doc & the beast is ready to be unleashed! I always love performing in MI but this show is gonna get crazzzzyyy!"
