My 23 GB Yu Yu Hakusho torrent is finally complete! And just in time, as I just finished watching season 2 of Tsubasa Chronicle last night. I was surprised to find I enjoyed it a lot more than the first season (which was pretty lame, to be honest.) My problem with Tsubasa is that I really wanted the Syaoran and Sakura from CCS . . . but in Tsubasa, they're not just "grown up" versions, they're COMPLETELY different characters. I dunno, I've just always found that incredibly disappointing. I still don't feel like I've warmed to these new versions all that much, and if it wasn't for Kurogane and Fay, I probably wouldn't even bother watching it. >.> I also really, really dislike the new Tomoyo. I usually love Sakamoto Maaya, but she just did not fit as Tomoyo at all, and I cringed everytime she spoke in that super-fake-nice voice. Although I feel totally gyped that we got to see Kurogane's past (so sad ;-;), but not Fay's. :| Perhaps the manga elaborates upon that? Because really, Fay has so much potential, but in the anime he comes across as totally flat. I also find it kinda lame how they kept recycling the EXACT same characters in each world. I love the idea of the crossovers (Kero-chaaaaaaaan lol), and it's good to see the minor characters again, but not in every damn world! T_T Does anyone know where I can get volume downloads for the manga? And if anyone happens to know roughly where in the manga the anime left off? (assuming it was following the manga storyline at all - I know sometimes animes tend to NOT.) I think Kurogane is my favorite character. He's so MANLY. >3< And I love the Kuro/Syaoran friendship dynamic. And almost kinda makes me like Syaoran. *cough*Also, thoughts on new Bleach chapter:- Orihime bitchslapping Ulqui = ultimate win, sure sign of OTPage, and the highlight of the chapter. ♥ ♥- Kaien? um, okay. *shrugs* I'm not feeling the "omgwtfbbq" here. .... I'd hit it, though.- I'm admittedly, crankily annoyed with the influx of theory posts. I should probably stop being such a negative nancy./crankyThere's apparently a new anime starting up based on Les Miserables. I kinda wanted to watch it, but it's supposedly centered around Cosette. My least favorite character. T_T Damn you Japan. Loli freaks. (I mean, really, look at her. Something about taking a masterpiece and turning it into a cutesy girl lolifest rubs me the wrong way.) Ah well, I may check it out anyway./CRAAAAAAANKY
