Bonaparte is a Berlin-based indie punk band headed by the Swiss, Tobias Jundt. A few lines of the album Too Much portrays what Bonaparte wants to show "You know Toltsoi/I know Playboy [...] /You know too much too much". The Berliner Zeitung describes the band as "analoge Bohème . The band is characterized by an expressive stage performance, for which critics praise them for. The Tagesspiegel described them as "A multi-ethnic group governed by the party king and a trash circus unleashed". Bonaparte comprises Tobias Jundt as the only permanent member, and 20 other stage performers.
