Patched something ... :)
Well, well, if u prefer SSH this to your phone, you do it right!
A patched InstallD file is the successor to miPatch of 2.0!
This is the patch file. Next SSH it over to /usr/libexec and set permissions and reboot. You might want to set it to 7777, reboot and make sure it works and then change to 0777.
Once you've done that, enjoy, IPAs will sync from iTunes. Remember though, the dev team said USB SSH is not functioning with iTunes 8.2's annoying MobileDevice driver. Using USB-SSH or failing to change permissions can make you have to restore.
Forgot to mention: As usual, you need a free app to run a cracked one

Alternatively, use Cydia repo : http://cydia.hackulo.us and search for "AppSync for OS 3.0". It's like miPatch, but for the new firmware. It will let you sync all your apps back from iTunes..
