Three Weeks and Counting
It has been a huge week for the FDK-Z organization team. I will focus on what you might have missed or do not know about WILD WILD WEST 2! First there was a meeting with 17 members volunteering their help and discussing ways to get things done. Frki is the tournament organizer and let us all fall into our place.
Is there anything left for you to do?
YES!
• Spread the word about the tournament to your friends and family. This is a once in a year tournament!
• Talk to people who might be able to donate food and products. The organization is willing to promote their product at the tournament if they can help us.
• Be ready to spend the weekend of June 13th and 14th playing or watching ultimate, partying with friends, and having fun in the sun.
The busy week continued as the e-vites rolled in. Coaches discovered we (FDK-Z) would have enough for three teams. Hooray for Chicks! That is right… all the teams will have enough ladies.
Finally, but just as important as the rest, the theme was finalized. The first Wild Wild West was Cowboys and Indians. This year the theme will be The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. This is good since two of the three characters had names that could be considered names of women. Of course the third with a masculine name was “The Ugly”!
