Today was a very stressful day!
Thank goodness I had a comfort food like pasta, lol.
So,
300gr buckwheat pasta
1/2 jar basil paste (without cheese, cashew nuts and additives - check Xenox!)
20gr pine nuts (need to be roasted a bit)
80gr grated goat's cheese
Cook the pasta, when ready, leave it in the water for another minute or two. Then throw away the water, add basil paste, pine nuts and cheese.
A real comfort food! :D
Breakfast:
Millet porridge with a mashed banana.
Dinner:
I am ashamed: I had a bag of salt/pepper crisps (and I know I shouldn't have)! Mea culpa.
