Vietnamese/English Dictionary is an easy to use Vietnamese <-> English dictionary that is fully offline and requires no internet connection to operate. It also comes bundled with the excellent English <-> English dictionary from wordnet.
It provides a very fast, professional interface to easily find your words and/or related words in both English and Vietnamese.
The dictionary also includes the following additional features:
