Vision loss is one of the top 10 disabilities in adults 18 years and older. Early stages of eye disease often have no apparent symptoms. So, even if you think you can see well, a regular eye exam is necessary to protect your sight.
This application will help you test and protect your vision. It also offers a lot of fun content that you can enjoy in your spare time.

EYE EXERCISE
We all know how important it is to keep our bodies fit by doing things like going to the gym, jogging, and swimming. But, did you know that you can exercise your eyes as well? Eye exercising will keep your eyes healthy and help minimize eyestrain.

- Optical Illusions. Illusion or reality? Appearance can be deceptive.
- Stereograms. An optical illusion of depth created from a single flat, two-dimensional image. These images are viewed using the parallel-viewing technique. When you parallel-view, the muscles inside your eye that control the focusing lens relax and lengthen.
- Stereo Pairs. An optical illusion of depth created from a pair of two-dimensional images. These images are viewed using the cross-eyed technique. When you cross-view, the muscles inside your eye that control the focusing lens contract strongly and shorten.
