Ajde kad svi tupe o Bolonjskom procesu i studentariji ja cu malo.

The Bologna Process aims to create a European Higher Education Area by 2010, in which students can choose from a wide and transparent range of high quality courses and benefit from smooth recognition procedures

Znaci student moze odabrati sto i kako mu pase. Samo 2010 mi je malo preblizu.

The three priorities of the Bologna process are:
• Curricular reform: The three cycle system (bachelor-masters-doctorate),
competence based learning, flexible learning paths, recognition, mobility.
• Governance reform: University autonomy, strategic partnerships, including enterprises, quality assurance.
• Funding reform: Diversified sources of university income better linked to
performance, promoting equity, access and efficiency, including the possible role of tuition fees, grants and loans.

Dakle prvostupnik (bakalar), magistar (gospodar) i doktor tri su karike u lancu visokog obrazovanja. Osiguranje kvalitete studija, njegovo priznavanje (bilo gdje) i trajanje je daljna stavka.
Ajde jos nekako se titule mogu i isfurati. Osiguranje kvalitete ne ide bez kvalitetenog nastavnog kadra, a njegovo privlacenje je jednako onome engleskih nogometasa u HNL.
O nostrifikaciji diploma primjerice u Spanjolskoj i Italiji postoje urbane legende ljudi koji su pozavrsavali doktorate u sjeverno od Alpa i USA.
Trajanje...kod Svaba je prosjek oko sedam godina ako se ne varam.

The envisaged European Higher Education Area
-will facilitate mobility of students, graduates and higher education staff;
-prepare students for their future careers and for life as active citizens in democratic societies, and support their personal development;
-offer broad access to high-quality higher education, based on democratic principles and academic freedom.


Prvo je osigurano kroz stipendije i exchange programe (Erasmus)
DRugo, kako ce tko karijeru napraviti to ovisi pojednicu.
U trecoj stavci isto lezi vrag jer u biti studenti su konzumenti znanja, pa sad tko vise voli mlijecne proizvode, tko tjesteninu, tko cokoladu- po izboru. Sami biraju i ne mogu se zaliti da ih poslije boli stomak.

On ECTS
The ECTS credit system originates in the Erasmus mobility scheme and is now
enshrined in most Bologna countries’ law books. ECTS is based on both content,
expressed in learning outcomes and average student workload, expressed in credit
points. Millions of students collect ECTS credits on a daily basis, most of them
through local accumulation and a number of them, notably Erasmus students, through
cross-border transfer.
The Commission continues to promote the correct implementation of ECTS tools and
has launched a public consultation on a European Credit System for Vocational
Education and Training (ECVET)6. In 2007, the Commission will consult the Member
States on the future development of ECTS and its links with ECVET and EQF in view
of, ultimately, establishing, an integrated credit system for lifelong learning.
A short brochure "ECTS Key Features" is available on the web and has been
distributed in hard copy in five languages. The ECTS Users Guide on the web is
being restyled and completed with examples from the ECTS practice. ECTS/DS
Counsellors are active in more than 30 countries as part of National Teams of
Bologna Promoters. They advise universities on how to introduce ECTS correctly. An
ECTS label has been awarded to 21 universities. The award of new ECTS labels has
been suspended till after the consultation in 2007
.

Recimo da sam vidio kako krediti fukcionaraju u praksi:
Npr. Student treba 45 kredita, a uzme 60 (za one starije: umjesto 6 kolegija uzme 9). Znaci svaki prolaz na ispitu bez obzira na ocjenu (to je drugi par rukava) donose kredite. I onda kao u videoigrici skupljas kredite i kad skupis 45-next level. Ako padne koji ispit-imas jos koji "life". Ako ne uspije skupiti 45 kredita-game over. Ako mu je tata drmator-onda se krediti resetiraju. Ima jos opcija, ali nije sve za javnost.
Kako je divno zivjeti u virtualnom (studentskom) svijetu.

Kao zakljucak mogu reci da Bologna je nedonosce koje pokusava pratiti Americki Sveucilisni Standard, ali nemaju svi jednako para. Europa 'oce svoju Ivy League, ali od brsljana se ne vidi bas previse. S druge strane sveucilista se moraju poceti samofinancirati, i umjesto da prodaju patente industriji, najlakse je opaliti po novcaniku studenata.
