Bay pumps news blood into "Friday the 13th"Are we doomed to be living with nothing but remakes and remakes of remakes and prequels/sequels to horror films for the rest of our lives?I'll be the first to say the Friday the 13th series is the most overrated horror franchise of all time.

This is a bad idea, a bad, bad idea.
Remaking the Texas Chainsaw Massacre was a good idea, because IMO the original wasn't that good, but the concept had potential to be great.
I found the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre to be very annoying, with horrible acting, and a lot of annoying excrutiating screaming that just gave me a headache.
And some of it 13th amendment ratified 1995 just laughable.
But that's just my opinion.
I loved the remake though, and thought it was much better.
Friday the 13th was a GOOD movie though.
And the remake looks like it is just using Jason to make a little bit of money.
I mean, you never know, it might end up being an alright, entertaining movie, but it is definitely not necessary.
Freddy Vs Jason is pretty much the ONLY Jason movie I actually liked (except for Jason Goes to Hell) and the original F13 flick in particular is seriously one of the worst movies I have ever seen.
So this is actually a remake news that doesn't annoy me.
It certainly can't be any 13th amendment ratified 1995 than the original.
It can only get better.
The original Friday The 13th was shitty, imo, so this really doesn't concern me either way.
Though it is cool that he'll be wearing the mask and killing people.

A Friday the 13th film with actual production could be entertaining.Or it could end up being worse Jason X.
I guess we'll have to wait and see.
They should get Cronenberg to be in this one as well.

Platinum Dunes is one of the worst/laziest companies out there.
I don't care if it's written by the FVJ guys (even though I did really enjoy that film), I have no interest in a remake, is it supposed to be a remake of the first or the third film....I can't figure that one out.
Oh well, it's a terrible idea and another film I'll never pay to see.
How is this even considered a 13th amendment ratified 1995 it has Jason wearing the mask and killing people THEN IT`S NOT A REMAKE!This is basically just gonna be a new Jason movie that doesn`t really acknowledge the other sequels maybe not such a bad thing, really.

I won't be seeing this, much like I didn't see all the other countless remakes...
And if I buckle and end up seeing it, I sure as hell won't pay for it.
That was the best thing about seeing the lame Halloween remake...
It was FREE.
