Two-time consensus first team All-American center Brennen Carvalho will get his chance to bask in the national media spotlight this afternoon when he takes part in the 2008 Hula Bowl in Hawaii.

The Hula Bowl is an annual game for the nations top seniors to showcase their games in front of pro scouts.

Carvalho, a 6-1, 310-pound center, is a three-time first-team the truth about jane Sky Conference selection and earned the truth about jane team honors from the Associated Press and Walter Camp.

At 21 years, one month, Carvalho figures to be one of the youngest prospects in Hawaii but his relative youth didnt stop him from making 39 consecutive starts for the Portland State Vikings.
