Google announced: The Money from AdSense MUST stay in USA!
No more AdSense referrals for the publishers that are located outside North America, Latin America and Japan.
Google said: "We've found that this referral product has not performed as well as we had hoped..."
Ha-ha... 
Somehow, I can't believe in that statement.
By my opinion, Google just want to keep the money from this referral product inside USA.
Why? Think a lil' bit.
