Yate – Team Bath 2 (2.10 @StanJames) 4 units
Both of these teams, 9th Yate and 4th Team Bath (Team Bath have eight points more and a lot better goal difference) are much better away than at home. Yate Town's home form is 4-1-4 (goal-difference 14:13) and they only took one point in their last two league matches. They only managed to share points at home vs 12th Swindon and then lost away at 2nd Chippenham a week ago. Yate were awful in both FA Cup and FA Trophy too. They lost 1:5 at home to Gloucester in the FA Cup 1st qualifying round and 0:3 to Carshalton also at home to Carshalton in the FA Trophy 2nd qualifying round.
I can't remember when Team Bath lost their last league match (they had a very nice FA Cup run too). In fact, I can (let me just look at my notes, khm khm) – it was more than three months ago. This Saturday, they only managed to share points at home vs 2nd Chippenham, but Chippenham are really flying high at this moment and Team Bath are much more better away and on Tuesdays, when players from other outfits are more tired. Before a home draw vs Chippenham, Team Bath had six league wins in a row. Away from home, Team Bath won five out of six league matches (impressive goal difference 8:2) – they shared points once, back in the first round, four months ago. After that – all wins. 5-0-0. Away from home. I'm impressed.
And now the most important fact if you ask me – Team Bath are a strong academy outfit, they train regularly and not just once or twice a week, and that's why their midweek results so far are amazing (5-1-0) – they won five out of six midweek matches – they shared points once, three months ago, at home (of course) vs Tiverton, but apart from that – all wins. Yate's midweek form is far worse – they have one win, one draw and three defeats in their midweek matches. Nice odds.
(2.10 also at Stanleybet, 2.00 at Paddy Power, Primebet and Skybet, 1.98 currently at Pinnacle...)
