I intended to marry Cath.
It was all supposed to be a joke.
I exaggerated while talking about her -
at least I think I did, I don`t know.
I never found out.
Cath was a miraculous beauty,
Young girl already working.
I figured out we were in love.
It was an extremely complex relationship
And she had no idea about it.
While passing by the city council,
I figured out she was a counsellor.
She was doing hell of a job for Dubliners,
She was very wealthy as well
And she had no idea about it.
Her little, ugly friend did not like me
And wouldn`t want the real Cath to come with me.
Now I realize that Cath in my head is just a goddess
And her little, ugly friend is really a God.
God sais there`s no grudges and we`re OK now.
