We come together once again from the inner depths of soul
consciousness, where the consciousness of the higher self, that
connecting link to the consciousness of oneness, resides and has its
meaning and its influence over how you live and fulfill your life
pattern. For it is from the inner realm that your destiny path is
stimulated and is created and is focused upon so that you can indeed
walk the pathway you have chosen for this lifetime.
So often the focus becomes an outer experience. Attention is given to
things of the world, to the ego needs and to the personality
relationships and to the emotional content of the worldly activities.
When the focus is external, when the focus is outward, as we have
said many times, that is then where you spend your energy of creation
creating the active patterns to the conditions of the outer world.
But when the focus is inward, you become attuned to that which is
emanating from deep within the consciousness of the soul. And as you
become attuned to that which is your purpose and your destiny, that
then becomes how you function and how you manage your interaction with
the world in which you live.
Our message this morning is very simple. Focus on that which is of
the eternal nature of who you are as a soul. Use the mind, the tool
of creation, to focus inwardly and to then identify with and become
consciously one with that which is your true nature, your true
character, the reality of who you truly are. This is a process that
requires moment by moment attention for it is so easy for the focus to
slip into the age old patterns of being involved in the world,
participating in the events of the world, reacting to the emotional
content of the world, being attached to the physical attributes of the
world.
That has been the pattern for many lifetimes, but this is now a
time when many are realizing the necessity of focusing within, of
identifying with that which is the true character and nature of the
real self. The mind is the tool that allows this to happen, and
guides this activity, for the mind interprets the words, the mind
becomes a partner in creating the focus that releases the truth from
within.
