North Ferriby – Gateshead 2 (1.91 @Stanleybet) 7/10

Gateshead is playing great football this season – their unbeaten run now stretches to 17 games (including last season's matches) and their goal-difference in this season is 20:6 (in just 5 matches/wins). Let's look at their results – 3:1 at Eastwood, 2:1 against Whitby, 4:0 at Worksop, 5:2 against Frickley and finally, in the last round, 6:2 at home against play-off candidates Hednesford. Bloody brilliant if you ask me. They were one of the title favourites even before the season started and now they're even bigger favourites – all the Unibond outfits that already played against them recently admit that Gateshead is a great team this season.

North Ferriby fans are still waiting for their team's first win of the season. They are 20th (out of 21 teams in the Unibond Premier this season) and their goal-difference is 6:17. At home they're far worse than away (they have 0-0-3 and 1:11 goal-difference at home and 0-3-1 and 5:6 goal difference away from home). They will also be without their best striker Gary Bradshaw due to suspension.

FT 1:4

Witton – Matlock 1 (1.80 @Stanleybet) 4/10

Witton is currently 2nd in the Unibond but this season they're going for the title big time. After missing out the title on goal difference last season and then losing in the play-off final against Telford, a couple of players left the club but a couple of quality players from higher leagues joined the team too (no injuries and no suspensions in Witton team). They have 5 wins, 1 draw and 1 defeat and their goal-difference is 13:2 (3-0-0 at home with goal-difference 9:1). Witton's only defeat happened in the 1st round at play-off candidates Lincoln and the draw at mid-table Ossett happened in the last round. All of Witton's wins were very convincible handicap wins.

Matlock are currently 4th –they have 5 wins and just one defeat (goal-difference 12:6) but Witton are definately big favourites in this match and there is value in these odds. Matlock will be without striker Lawrence Hall due to suspension and they've lost two strikers already this season (Cahill and Holmes who left just a couple of days ago). Cropper is still out injured and Riley is stll not 100% fit too. Matlock did win at home against struggling North Ferriby in the last round but they weren't a better team and they surely missed Holmes in the attack. That's probably why almost all of Matlock fans predict a defeat in this match at high-flying Witton.

FT 2:0
