Malawijska vlada, koja nadzire proces usvajanja djeteta, navodno, još nema dovoljno informacija i nije spremna dati Davida Bandu Madonni i njenom suprugu Guyu u trajno usvajanje. Malawijske vlasti još pokušavaju utvrditi u kakvu će sredinu poslati dijete. Moraju biti sigurni da će dijete imati normalni život, školovanje, socijalnu i medicinsku zaštitu i ostalo. Izašao je još jedan dio teksta nove Madonnine pjesme 'The Beat Goes On' koja je zapravo duet sa Pharellom Williamsom. 'The Beat Goes On' će se naći na njenom novom albumu, drugi je nazivaju 'It's The Beat' ili 'Partial'.
