According to some information, Adria Airways realised a loss of EUR 2.9 million in the first four months of this year. This data was not directly denied nor confirmed in the Management of the company lead by Tadej Tufek in the last few days. They only revealed that the business result in the first three months of 2007 was 50 percent better than in the same period last year.
According to the available results, last year Adria Airways realised a loss of around EUR 5 million. The Management of the company points out that the seasonal factor should be taken in consideration in the estimation of results because they expect the most incomes from the sale of airplane tickets in the summer season.
