I DID IT! :)
Wow, what a journey....It's been really a long time since my last post, but I had a good reason behind it....
I'll keep it short, because I am too excited to write now, hehe. Ok, this last block was VERY stressfull. The Basic and classicall cakes class was quite demanding plus the other things that I had to get done. First of all, my extern site got approved which means that I can go to Vienna for extern. Then, I we had to go through all that procedure, which was just ah, to get the Visa for Austria. And I had to to go to the City, on my big practical day to go to the Consulate and turn in all the papers and so I did. That whole morning was very stressfull, but....I got my Visa, in just a day!!
AND I passed 2-day practical!!! I DID IT! Everything went so well, it's hard to believe it. And as reward, I'm going home tomorrow!!! YES, I am actually going home after 7 months! It sounds so weird, I just think I am going to wake up in my bed and just think how crazy dream I had. Stacey and I were anticiapting this days for months and there no words to describe how we feel. And yes, Stacey passed her practical as well, of course :)
So I'm officially done and I'm shutting my computer off untill...well, tomorrow I'm going to my Croatian family in Queens, so I'll prbably check my e-mail....but next time I turn in on I'll be in my room, in Split.
Croatia here I come.
Evo me, stojim na skoro samom kraju, ne mogu vjerovat. Ovaj zadnji blok je bio JAKO stresan, toliko toga sam imala za napravit, nikad nisam doživjela tako što. Sve u svemu uz velik stres, napor i malo sna uspjela sam izvuć tanji kraj i uz Božju pomoć i vjeru u sebe završit sve što sam imala. Definitivno idem u Beč na extern, to mi je odobreno od strane škole, Visu sam dobila danas, i prošla sam practical!! To je dvodnevni praktični test, i moram vam priznat, bilo je tu posla. Svaki dan smo imali po 3 sata i sve sam na sreću uspjela, malo mi eto glazura na eklerima nije bila sjajna, ali eto...Prošla sam, i to s 92 boda!!! :))
I sad kao šlag na kraju, idem kući. Da, KUĆI. Naprosto ne mogu vjerovat, tako sam uzbuđena. Stacey i ja danima već ne spavamo! Ona ide večeras a ja sutra idem kod moje Hrvatske obitelji u Queens, jer mi je avion tek u 19:30. Ah....
