Here's just a blick from me enjoying the class! He, he..Well, it's not as happy as this all the time, but we get to laugh some with Chef Temme!
It's already Friday, and many people took the day off to go home, so today there'll be 13 instead 19 of us in class and my team has the ''Sous Chef'' duty today! Yeey! It's not as amusing, cuz there's always so much to do and keep the track of, but we can do it!
And here's some examples of my challah bread bradings! I think it looks quite decent, except I don't like it that dark, but that's how it has to be...AND, I got an A- in Writing today, for the first time! It was from analisying some poems by our choice + we had our final today! How exciting is that, NO more writing!!
Yep, yep, evo par slika. Ne smijem se inače toliko na satu, jer trebaš bit maksimalno usredotočen, jer se jako lako dogodi zez. Nadam se da vam se sviđaju moje pletenice, iako bi ih ja premazala jajem pred kraj pečenja, jer mi se ne sviđa kad su ovako tamne, ali tako mora bit..bar dok sam u školi..
Kako je sutra Veliki Petak, može se uzet slobodan dan, a s obzirom da ja nigdje ne idem, ne pada mi na pamet propustit nastavu. Umjeso 19 ljudi, sutra će nas bit 13. Super! Bolje kad nas je manje..bar mislim, vidit ćemo sutra..
Imamo neko ludo vrijeme; prvo sunčano, toplo, onda počme puhad, zahladi, pa padne par sniježnih pahuljica...Ah New York, New York...
