Izgleda da su mu roditelji zabranili da se vrati u Njemacku!!!!!
Richie je u zadnje vrijeme govorio kako je na njemu prevelik pritisak, kako mu je sve to previse i da namjerava odustati od grupe, ali svaki put se to ispostavilo kao lazna uzbuna, da li je tako i sada?????
Njegovim roditeljima je dosta njegovih skandala: pijanstvo, homoseksualnost ili WC dogadaj, veza sa Poljskom porno manekenkom Martom, price o njenoj navodnoj trudnoci itd...
I misle da ga je popularnost pocela kvariti i da je bolje da stane na vrijeme...
Ostali deèki iz grupe su zabrinuti za njega, jer se odavno nisu culi s njim i ne znaju koje je njegovo misljenje o tome...
To isto kazu i producenti Mike Michaels i Mark Dollar, i kako su jako zabrinuti za grupu, sto ce biti s US5 bez Richia, sto ce sa svim terminima u Americi, Engleskoj, Njemackoj, promocije novog albuma "In Control", singla "One night with you" koji izlazi u petak... A u petak imaju i termin na VIVA LIVE pa cemo vidjet sta ce tu reci deèki o svemu ovome....

Die folgenden Informationen stammen von Triple-M, dem Management von US5!
Wir haben bezüglich der negativen Bravo-Berichte über US5 beim Management nachgefragt und folgende Antwort erhalten:
Leider ist das Pressefreiheit. Dann können wir nichts machen. Musst du dich direkt an Bravo wenden und beschweren bzw. nachfragen.
Und zu dem Artikel in der morgen erscheinenden Bravo, hat sich das Management wie folgt geäußert:
Aber es stimmt, dass Richie noch in den USA ist weil ihn seine Eltern nicht mehr zurück schicken wollen. Das ist die Wahrheit.
Auf eine weitere Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass Richie definitiv nicht am Freitag mit den anderen Jungs bei VIVA Live! zu Gast sein wird, da er noch in den USA ist.
Die Verantwortlichen vom Management werden demnächst in die USA fliegen, um die Sache vor Ort zu klären.
Wir halten euch auf dem Laufenden.
Wir müssen ihm jetzt einfach zeigen,dass wir voll und ganz hinter ihm stehen!!!

Richie sollte am 3. Januar vom Weihnachtsurlaub bei seinen Eltern nach Deutschland zurückkehren, doch er kam nicht. Seine Eltern hatten es ihm verboten. Sie sind mit dem Lebenswandel ihres Sohnes nicht einverstanden und haben Richie aus diesem Grund die Rückkehr zu US5 und nach Deutschland untersagt.
Sie haben große Sorgen, da Richie im vergangenem Jahr öfters im Krankenhaus wegen Schwächeanfällen behandelt werden musste. Der Ausschlag aber für dieses plötzliche Band-Verbot war wohl der Skandal um Marta.
Der Schock über den Verbot von Richies Eltern kam nicht nur überraschend für die Fans, sondern auch für das Management und Chris, Jay, Izzy und Mikel. Im Gegensatz zu seinen Eltern, möchte Richie zurück nach Deutschland und zu seinen Fans, doch dies ist nicht allein seine Entscheidung. In den USA gilt man erst mit 21 Jahren als volljährig und daher ist Richie an die Entscheidung seiner Eltern gebunden.
In den nächsten Tagen werden Triple-M nach Wheaton fliegen und mit Richies Eltern zu sprechen.
